She has proven expertise in general management, sales management, product development, branding, growing new business, existing account management, and managing independent distributors in B2B and B2C environments.
Yunuén has International experience in European, Latin American, and North American company cultures leading large, geographically dispersed teams inside industry leading companies in both, mature and emerging markets. With her clear performance focus and strong people leader skills, she has successfully implemented numerous projects and complex programs improving pricing, new product development cycles, operations strategy, technology convergence, market share, revenue growth, acquisitions, joint ventures, vertical integration delivering revenue/profit gains, streamlining operations, and heightening competitive advantage.
She is a certified 6-Sigma Black Belt, holds a degree in Textile Engineering and one in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and Finance. She lives in Wiesbaden, Germany.
