Kathrin Saheb
Kathrin Saheb is a very experienced consultant for lean and change management. She has carried out lean projects for very well known companies and supported transformation projects through systematic change management.
Another focus is the development and implementation of training programs and workshops for executives.
Before she joined K3 she worked in several management consulting companies including Kienbaum Consulting, Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, prolean and was a training consultant at the Lean management Institute. Besides marketing studies she has a Staatsexamen for teaching and completed a systemic coaching training.
