Ewald Kapeller
Ewald is a consultant with more than 16 years of experience in implementing major change initiatives with a LEAN resp. Operational Excellence or Supply Chain related background. He has worked in industries such as Automotive, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals. In his projects he has delivered stable performance increases from 20% to 50%, generating more than 100 Mio. € of benefits.
Since more then 5 years now he is a member of the advisory board of a private investment company with a focus on operational due-diligence.
Before his career in the consulting business, Ewald spent 6 years successfully helping a small automotive aftersales supply company transition into becoming a formidable automotive supplier to one of the most prominent sports vehicle manufacturers in the world.
Ewald has been married for more than 20 years and has one son who studies in Munich. He lives in the South of Germany next to the beautiful Danube Valley.
