With over 30 years of experience in the Automotive and Automotive supplier industry, Achim has experienced and implemented LEAN from its very beginnings. As a profit centre manager as well as Managing Director of mid-sized companies, he has successfully turned around a number of businesses, also achieving well over 25% growth. For more than 10 years now, Achim has dedicated himself to consulting work where he passes on his vast experience to clients on their journey to process-excellence. He covers all areas of operations.
Parallel to consulting in operations, Achim feels at home private equity environments, focusing on management team change.
Achim is married with three children, living close to the black forest area of Germany. He enjoys biking, sailing and diving.
